      Pros

      Good benefits plenty of time off and opportunities to move up.

      Cons

      The management is really bad and toxic. It's a good company but the managers will fire you for using your sick time. They make you scared to take the benefits that the company offers.

      Pros

      Very flexible, great management, friendly people. Job is easy, just be careful when testing and ask lots of questions whenever unsure.

      Cons

      Hard to get promotions if you're a lab technician. Should just be a temporary job in my opinion and you should take advantage of college funding assistance and/or networking as a means to make a lateral move. BD is a great company though with many higher paying branches besides the lab technician roles.
