Great people on the legacy CareFusion side, good product that is actually helping people, lots of hardworking people on CareFusion side

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry, long hours with no reward, and pretentious managers from legacy BD. Morale is at an all time low and is only getting worse.

Cons

Competitive work environment. Cannot expect to have good work life balance.Need to work long hours especially during project deadlines and mile stones. Salaries can be improved.

Good working conditions and environment, relatively low pressure

Cons

Too much political games, and old style top-down management. Awkward impression to be a number in the crowd. Too many corporate initiatives that people don't buy in. Lot of bureaucracy. Very few career opportunities in the company, very hard to move. Kind of very conservative mindset.
