      There is no advantages at all

      Cons

      Job is not interresting, salaries are under the everage so the persons staying after 3 years are just not good and get management positions. My last manager was a crazy micro manager doing nothing else than putting pressure.

      Great international colleagues, great flexibility on working hours, great company parties

      Cons

      the company is trying to cut the budget for everything, so it is very likely that you end up doing the workload of 2 to 3 persons, with no salary raise, long long loooonnnng working hours, no development plan...
