      Pros

      10% discount me occasionally 20% discount when the business wants money in the tills.

      Cons

      No resource - management have to do 3 peoples jobs. Long hours - working well over contract hours. Area Managers force Store Mangers to get colleagues to leave positive reviews. Lack of contact with Area Manager and Regional Manager. Nobody wants to listen to the concerns of the store management and colleagues.

      Company is a joke. More and more expected from staff and management every week but still paying minimum wage.

      I can't really think of any good reasons to work for this company.

      Cons

      Minimum wage. Expected to work extremely hard all the time. The management didn't care about the staff and they were not supportive. Constant searches of staff bags and staff cars.
