Company promises full training support and career development. Unfortunately they gave 1 time instruction to run llop device and asking us to be perfect. Trainer was rude and pathetic behaviours. Many of us joined b&m Bedford as a permanent position for warehouse operatives, we received offer letters from the company. Few of my colleagues left their previous job and joined this job. Then first day went as a induction and second day was the first day of training. First half was theory guidance in that test I got 100% result. Then in second half trainer shown how to drive the llop device once or twice max. Then he expects us to be perfect in our first time itself. He wants us to drive in the sign of 8 in forward and reverse form. All of us failed in that training because no one was experienced in that device. Everyone has been thrown out of the job. Beware of this job at b&m warehouse jobs. Join them if you really have experience with Llop. Don't trust them that they will give complete training and allow you to complete the training. There is no professionalism. I don't understand why do they have probationary period when they want us to complete training within 2 hour and be the master in it. Look like trainer was took birth with Llop and expecting same with other candidates.

The training store manager is a pig. Such a bad culture to be part of. Clicky an damn right rude
