      10% discount Some colleagues are amazing Some stores have a positive environment

      Cons

      -Absolutely unaware and uncaring for staff members -No regards for bullying in the work place if you do it you'll get a promotion -Completely numb to the idea of mental health and wellbeing -No one listens until 3 staff members raise an issue to HR and only then will someone step in of which they offer very little and is usually only to cover the company

      The team you work with can be amazing

      Cons

      The amount of work they expect you to do for minimum wage is ridiculous. The management was absolutely appalling at passing on very important communications affecting your working hours. They would happily run you to the ground behind your back. Bullying was absolutely rife throughout the senior management team.
