Everyone from outside of stores have an personal agenda to make themselves the most important person. You can have 3 different visits a day all saying different focuses that contradict each other. Most colleagues are don't seem enthusiastic and want to leave as it's a lot of work for minimum wage for them. There is no empathy in the business. 1 day off allowed for a close family member passing away. Hopefully now one loses anyone important in your life as you'll be needed to restock those cheap home accessories that are more important than life or death. Eas located in a store 35 miles and hour drive away and was offered full expense or wage increase to cover higher travel costs but when I asked they said they wouldn't as not something they normally do. So why offer it.

Bad pay, Upper management put a lot of pressure on lower management which means they put a lot of pressure on you. Apparently everyone should be able to do one pallette per person per hour. When that's food or H&B that's near impossible. They're paying minimum wage so I don't know why they expect anything more than minimum effort. Not a particularly nice place to work as it is not run very well, there's not really any proper training provided, and everyone's stressed.
