Pros

None company gets worse every year, the new CEO was doing good and even started closing us at 9pm but when back to 10pm which is bad for staff and morale because all we get is teenagers in abusing staff and 1 security guard between 2 stores who has been stayed to closing ever

Cons

Instead of them actually trying to keep their staff they seem to do everything to make them leave. Supervisor pay is now 19p extra when it was 30p which wasn't even worth it then it's definitely not now. No training you get thrown into the deep and just expect to know everything and from what am reading this is a issue company wide. No benefits working here.
