      As a previous employee I found working for B&M a really good experience, I worked in store for just over 2 years and gained lots of skills and knowledge to help me with my career. My Manager was lovely and really approachable, had really good work mates, who I am still friends with now after a year of no longer working for B&M. I was sad to leave and would recommend working there to anyone.

      Cons

      Possibly working hours, but if I am being honest I can't expect any different as it is, after all, a retail business.

      Friendly staff and atmosphere, fun, vibrant place to work, lots of involvement in charity days is always fun! Great customers make the days really nice.

      Cons

      Demanding role and only statutory holidays.
