      Pros

      the pros about working her are that the management have tried they're upmost to be flexible for me and my childcare arrangements and the people that I work with.

      Cons

      the cons are few in my eyes, I feel that there is lots of unfairness when it comes to how certain members of staff are treated and that sometimes there is very little training given and people have been left to work things out on there own

      Pros

      There is none you want to get somewhere don't choose b&m there supervisors are useless come in most of the time drunk or high.

      Cons

      Management have no idea what there doing the staff you work with get away with everything including taking breaks every 10 mins your wages are never right and have to chase them over and over again. There's no stability no direction and the ones who get rewarded are the ones who do nothing just look busy, there's no discipline in the stores is like working in a playground. I've worked in retail for 17 years and this is by far the worst place ever.
