Pros

Really good atmosphere in the work place, great colleagues and great to get to know customers.

Cons

Nobody in management listens to the views of the workers. Dis-organisation in managing stock levels. Lack of staff and working without breaks. Lack of hours given to loyal employers and hours given to jobcentre staff who they don't have to pay.

Pros

It's a job that pays a bit of money, this is about the only positive thing I got from my time with them.

Cons

Dodgy management, very poor pay, no job security, no regularity in shifts, no organisation or care taken in anything, use employees and sack them at a moments notice. I never even received a full uniform before I was dropped to a zero hour contract and promptly sacked.

Not many, 10% discount on cheap products, at least my staff were nice, not the management though

Cons

The managment are not flexible at all, the store is incredbly badly run, rotas come out at most two days before the start of the week. the opening of the store was very badly managed with no one having any idea of what was going on. I had to run the cash office for nearly six weeks before a proper manager was put in place. hours keep getting cut, there are no staff on the shop floor, its no wonder theives are targetting the store
