Great support, training and help available. The management were all fantastic, positive and friendly working environment, help available if needed and a decent amount of overtime available.

Cons

Targets sometimes a little unobtainable if picks are large or bulky, no clear training schemes available to progress within company. More shift flexibility would be good.

you have freedom it's not like any other retailer the discounts are great and the products are fantastic,

Cons

they lack training for customer service and you have to keep on top of information at all times to keep your self going
