Pros
meeting alot of colleagues who were awesome(of course there are some who aren't) and learning to deal with different customer situations just Used as a job to get work experience on my CV
Cons
The management were horrific (especially the higher up management) who would abuse their power by psychologically bullying you into either doing more hours or some form of undesirable task. They also work on a principle of double standards where as the slave, you are told not to do a certain thing and then see them do it themselves. Will change work timetable a week prior without any notice. If you speak your mind in any way shape or form, your hours will be cut to contract. And like many work places where egotistical psychopathic managers are hired, they will be horrific manipulators and in general nasty people. Also, Minimum wage but expected to work as a pace and efficiency level of a person on £20 an hour.
