      Pros

      The only reason I like working here is for the people there, my colleagues make each day easier. It's quite a leanient company.

      Cons

      Some of the rules are rather stupid. They change way too often to keep up with. Some days are just unbearable but that's all based on management.

      Have worked for b&m for 3 years its a great job and many chances to get higher up in the company and they are understanding

      Cons

      One downside to this is the stock takes as you can end up doing more than your own store and others

      The other employees who worked there were lovely

      Cons

      They get lots of people in to build up the store then sack them for no reason what so ever. You are on a 8hour contract no one is on a full time. Expect managers and it depends if they make q certain amount of money if you get extra hours or not. The supervisors and managers have no clue half the time you have to show them what to do! They are unorganised and don't trust you to do a refund only supervisors! and they try not to give you any breaks if you ask more than once for a break you get sacked I could say such more bad things the place is a joke
