      1. Job Security 2. Multicultural environment 3. Good HR frame work 4. Classroom/Virtual and E-learning Development opportunities 5. Overall if you are willing to learn and grow there are great opportunities and will give you a very strong foundation for your career.

      Cons

      1. Onboarding needs to be improved, to increase efficiency and faster hiring rates to support critical operations/stores. 2. Salaries need to be reviewed to be aligned with current market trends 3. Job descriptions need to be reviewed especially on senior level 2. Shared service teams needs to be further trained to understand operations with in different markets

      Most managers are egoistic, controlling, and toxic. As a student they didn't respect my study time. Forced me to carry stupidly heavy boxes, treated us like slaves, when they come in with their suits and complain about stuff. And finally I got diagnosed with a herniated disk and couldn't walk straight for a weak because for the loads we had to carry. Worst experience ever, A bit better when I was promoted to sales but you had to deal with the same bad People.
