      one of best things in Azadea is that s big family , big family more 700 persons and we all know each other

      good salaries and benefits, a lot of successful brands and good to be in my resume opens a lot of opportunities and good training

      Cons

      most of the managers aren't fare, they care more about the looks then anything else, if they manager likes you personally, will get promoted not about how good you work

      Benefits if you join the company are great especially for entry level. Very high experience. Multinational company with high communication level.

      Cons

      Bad benefits if you get a promotion within the company. Too much centralization for the HQ. They expect from you to be lifeless.
