      Immediate team was great to get on with professionally and personally

      Cons

      Lack of management direction, poor communication to staff, lack of delegation to deputise in the absence of a manager, too much contractor hire, not the market leaders in renumeration

      Pros

      They're growing, and fast, especially in IT. They're hiring a lot of people right now, and I believe with their growth rate, there will be a lot of opportunity to move up as you become more senior over your peers.

      Cons

      There seems to be some disconnect with senior management, but otherwise managers are helpful, and let you balance your work with your life.

      Learn how to due with problems alone.

      Cons

      Poor management doesn't care their workforce, no work life balance, new staffs were being introduced by manager and they were come from the same company before...complicated relationships between employees. All mess and making same mistake on daily basic.
