Pros

Benefits package is very good, compared to other organisations. Good employee-oriented activities organised.

Cons

Biased treatment from bosses, across departments. Some employees ger more favored for whatever reasons. Favoritism is very rampant. Lack of integrity from bosses and SM. People who are favored by bosses, often bring in friends of their own, skipping proper interview processes.
