      - Employees are friendly - Diverse workforce (good for experiencing different culture and knowledge) - Salary is norm - Performance Bonus is considerably good - Some degree of freedom - Have cohesive activities from times to times

      Cons

      - Workload may be too much, depends - Working OT is not something uncommon - As a MNC, their cohesive activities are not considerably good enough, better arrangement are to be expected. - No AWS

      Pros

      Benefits, good pay, yearly bonues, and lots of interensting stuff. Overall, it's a good company, a nice job, good money, and if you work hard, you will be noticed. From time to time,depending on the manager, you will be taken out to beer, or pizza, or whatever. You get medical insurance for you and your family, and private pension.

      Cons

      Tight schedule, you cannot leave to take your exams, but it depends on the dept. manager. The colleagues are a little stiff, and I think, a little too work addict. In IT, there aren't a lot of career opportunities, and the manager is not so understanding.

      -Opportunities to influence for those with creative ideas and a vision. -Delivery focus allows teams to work towards a goal.

      Cons

      -Emotional decision making & leaders result in a shifting and uncertain landscape. -Lack of advancement opportunities within the organization. A newly implemented flat structure does not have a clear career path.
