Pros

Some people are talented, they usually quickly leave. Good work life balance.

Cons

Very poor management. Many layers of fat. Mediocre hiring skills. Terrible handling of the restructuring process which saw 20% of staff being laid out. Many mediocre people hiding and not being found out. Some breaches of compliance not being reported. Organisation need to either be wound down or completely overhauled from top to bottom.
