      Asset Manager fallen on hard times.

      - Friendly and approachable colleagues. - Good work life balance. - Training is available. - Good exposure to wide aspects of the business.

      Cons

      - Company has little or no direction. - All Senior management have held "interim" statusus for prolonged periods. - Suffers a high staff turnover; average permanent seems to run at around 2-3 years. - High dependence on contract staff. - No bonus. - Relentless pay freezes. - Highly political.

      Large organisation - more opportunity Excellent people to to work with Reputable company with strong brand Variety of central locations Can be good to make things happen. If your face fits and the time is right Is the grass really greener on the other side? Good attempt at promoting culture, diversity, values

      Way too much bureaucracy company seems to have lost it's way Way too many reorganisations before embedding changes Morale significantly affected overall but this variable between departments Always striving ahead, but actually how much really achieved and what of less visible costs Some areas significantly lacking employees engagement as a result Above head of level management roles too fleeting Lots of lengthy reorganisation, job uncertainty, but help and opportunity for redeployment Lots of time and money wasted Inhibited by structure and systems acquired throughout amalgamations
