Very good reputation. Excellent work environment. Flexible hours. Investment freedom.

Cons

Most reputed managers are now gone. Unclear outlook. Low pay compared to sector. Slow/bureaucratic processes prevent efficiencies.

Job rotation is encouraged for more junior staff, good training programmes for management, modern offices, active sports and social club, generous holidays and fairly standard working hours.

Cons

Salary increases can be below the market - increased responsibilities do not always carry a commensurate increase in salary. My negotiation skills improved while I was there as a result.
