Good company with some great teams in it, and some really excellent leaders and managers, as well as.its share of poor ones.

Cons

A really large organisation. You can be very successful locally but much harder to get national recognition and promotion.

The staff are friendly and are willing to teach. The manager takes time to listen to your concerns and this encourages employee contributions.

Cons

Training could be longer and more comprehensive. I had to learn almost everything on the job.
