Pros

Very young company, it's a 50-50 partnership of Aviva Plc. London and Sabanci Group of Turkey dealing with private pensions and life insurances. Leader in the country with a large sales force.

Cons

Private pensions business is not a profitable one which creates problems in the company. Non Turkish partner has some unrealistic expectations about the business. Poor infrastructure.
