      Great work /life balance, decent benefits, usually flexible for arranging time off etc, management motivation toward employee development,. Transparency from the top down, SM team regularly engaged with employees

      Career progression could be better, it's a bit inconsistent where the group has gone through various highs & lows over the past 5 years. Seems to be Limited pay review advances by policy, as in capped to a percentage - so even if you go above and beyond the call of duty, in your review, bringing or adding significant value to your business sector, you'll never get more than x%

      Pros

      Worked within motor claims. Generally Aviva is a good company to work for as they have financial benefits such as Pension, Shares, Holiday packages & an annual bonus. Within the insurance industry they are one of the market leaders having worked for other insurers. They are trying to run using a system thinking principles which in theory works but managers are likely to priortise taking inbound calls over existing work sometimes to the detriment of other work.

      Cons

      If you are not prepared the 'brown nose' the right management then you are not likely to exceed in the company. The company regularly makes cuts and redundancies, to suit annual savings for the current CEO, then will go on the employ further staff the following year.
