Pros

Positive working environment where the company actually cares about the employees. Decent 4-6% bonus every March, on top of discounts on Aviva products and high street brands.

Cons

The career progression is poor, age clearly plays a huge factor. My roles pay bracket ranges from 15500 to 26500; no one is anywhere near the higher end. People are moved up because they've been their longer, not because they are better at their job.
