Pros

Euan Munro is a talented fund manager. I hope he will sort out this situation for the sake of the individuals left here.

Cons

Absolutely avoid working in the COO world. It is populated increasingly by ex JPM WSS staff hired in the most unbelievable nepotistic manner, several of whom are not skilled for their roles. For example hiring someone to work within investment management projects (very specific and important), but they come from a system support function. But they HAVE worked at WSS. Bullying of staff is rife. Of course that is the only way unskilled individuals survive. HR will not help anyone or recognise that this level of turnover signifies a serious issue. Restructuring happens monthly, without warning. Awful, unstable environment. Proceed at your own risk!
