I worked there for 32 years, it used to be an excellent company to work for. I left fir early retirement through Ill health, The larger the company got the more it lost its way.

Cons

No direction, second rate products. Very poor management and HR.

targets holiday wont be approved even if you have available hours bad communication policing from other managers weekends and late shifts
