Pros

The benefits are really good and work life balance is also good.

Cons

Highly vendor driven and mid level leadership team is very fragile. Everything is leader oriented and need to be lucky enough to have a good leader else life will be hell. Nothing great to learn on work, its same work done daily.

Pros

Nothing good about this place.

Cons

You’re timed on going to the toilet and if you accumulate too much time you owe it back to them. You’re not properly trained then you’re expected to know everything by the time you’re on the phone. You’re always being watched on the drop down options then questioned why you’re taking too long. Management doesn’t want to ever help even if you’re being shouted at by a customer over the phone for not being able to help with the enquiry. (Rather make an excuse to not help) You’re timed on your lunch and again if you go over it you owe them that time back. (Even by a couple of seconds) Booking holiday is ridiculous as you have to see if anyone will swap with you/it’s not an easy system. The list could go on and on.
