Pros

Lots going on extracurricular wise. Wide range of benefits and discounts Outstanding maternity/paternity Good pension Mature change governance. Reasonably well resourced teams. Work life balance reasonable. Not a toxic environment - a lot of good people. Opportunity to move sideways within

Cons

Pays below market rate. Won't explain why. No realistic way to increase pay to a fair amount without leaving company due to salary reviews where you can only get paltry increases while penalising your peers. Lots of people leave. Very poorly resourced business teams make change very hard.

Pros

- Nice people - Nice culture - Work from home opportunities2 days a week - Work can be interesting sometimes - Good pension

Cons

- Micromanagement - Advised they want quality over quantity then consistently push numbers of calls or live chats. - Some days feel like a glorified call centre as you are sitting waiting for calls or live chats all day. - They advised progression could be available for anyone with potential from day 1 however this has not occurred whilst being at the company. Everyone who started together are being progressed roughly at the same time and others who have been here longer are having progression stunted. Only maximum of 2 days at home per week when everyone has proven they can do the job just as well or better at home however management won't allow more than 2 days. - Pay is lower compared to others in same industry - Some brokers can be rude or pushy making for some stressful times

Pros

Not much, maybe exposure to various parts of the business through conferences and hackathons but again depends on the team you join. Subscription to Orielley

Cons

A lot Zero work life balance For new starters there isn't even proper training provided although expectations are very high from the start Constant pressure from senior management Constant change and transformation weekly Old legacy system and very slow cloud software that constantly crashes (Data IKU) Poor management style - no proper leadership skills Work on site is mandatory with no flexibility - first they say 2 days a week then they make it 3 days a week Customer science team is all over the place - structure keeps changing, managers keep changings In summary it is a very very toxic work culture
