I am a recent recruit at Aviva UK. The overall hiring experience was great. The recruiter had kept me updated at every step in the hiring process. Their interview scheduling systems, follow-ups, updates were clearly communicated, professional and organised. The onboarding process was a very smooth experience. Their pre-employment screening process was made relatively easy throughout a proper portal.
