Favoritism is definitely present and impacts career progression. There’s also been a noticeable increase in quiet offboarding — employees suddenly disappearing without communication or transparency. It’s been happening for a while, but has accelerated in recent months. The company's identity feels increasingly diminished. There’s no longer a dedicated London office — teams now operate out of Accenture’s space. In some regions and functions, the distinction between Avanade and Accenture has effectively disappeared. It’s disheartening to see a company that claims to value its people show signs of doing the opposite. Unfortunately, with leadership turnover being constant, this erosion of culture isn’t entirely surprising.
