Haven’t had a pay rise in over three years, which is disappointing given the cost of living and workload. Career progression can be slow or unclear unless you actively push for it. Pay is below what competitors like Accenture or Deloitte offer for similar roles. Sometimes career progression depends on the project you’re assigned to, so visibility can vary.
