Pros
Some really good people with exceptional Microsoft knowledge and experience
Cons
No pay rise or bonus for several years. Company has been mismanaged, focussing on their own hype, setting impossible sales and revenue targets and not recognising the sentiment of the staff that do the actual work. Eventually Avanade will be incorporated into Accenture as it doesn't make sense to run it as a separate entity. Morale is very very low and many people are leaving the business.
