      Majority of projects are with Accenture, which gives exposure to large enterprise clients Access to Accenture office facilities without needing special requests Eligible to purchase Accenture stock through the ESPP Good opportunity if you want to work on Accenture-led engagements

      Heavy dependency on Accenture projects, limited variety outside that ecosystem Can feel more like a staffing extension than an independent consulting firm Career growth and identity may feel tied to project needs rather than internal development

      Accenture as parent company has too much control over Avanade. Over the last 18 months, Avanade has slashed their internal workforce with a "Future Ready" talent strategy, replacing almost all roles in corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT) with offshore resources (India, Argentina, Spain). In the consulting workforce, many of the most senior individuals have left, leaving a big gap in leadership coaching/mentoring. Those that stayed continue to work crazy hours with little to no time for professional development/training.
