      Pros

      Avanade was still Infusion when I worked there. The team was great to work with. Lots of variety in projects, clients and technology.

      Cons

      Constantly changing landscape, but that comes with the territory of agency / technology consulting work.

      Pros

      They have interesting projects for some of Norway's bigger clients. This looks good on a CV and is a good place to stay for a year or two.

      Cons

      People in the other nordic countries are replacing management and leading positions in Norway. There is a massive brain drain. There has been a pay and promotion freeze for two years. A consultant who just got awarded a MVP did not get a promotion.
