      Possible Home Office if the supervisor allows. Good canteen food.

      Cons

      difficult organization structure no development possibilities. Salary remains the same. development in the management is almost not possible due to in transparent HR processes.

      Good for people looking to get into sales. Good for face to face interaction and not a desk job

      Cons

      The business and staff are stuck in the mud. It felt like nobody wants to help each other internally. Weekends working, long hours and pay not great.
