      Pros

      Audi is very well recongnized, a successful company, leading car manufacturer with motivated people trying to maintain and improve audi's position in the market. There is a very strong company culture and employees fully identify themselves with this company.

      Cons

      Audi is located in Ingolstadt, a small town, where literally everyone seems to be working for this company. Furthermore, there is a very strict hierarchy, and it seems to be impossible to advance quickly. Even having been recommended by colleagues for a particular position, this person would need to attend an assessment centre and might not be considered as the right person for the job by HR.

      Pros

      Worldwide recongised company who have dealerships across the uk, Audi provied good training, in excellent facillitys. Staff are well looked after in my dealership.

      Cons

      The salary could be more awarding for the knowledge and skills provided by staff. Master Technicians should have a higher salary due to the size and profits of the company, after-all the master technicians know more about the product (AUDI) then anyone else in the dealership, but can take less pay then salesmen and service advisors in some situations.
