Great employees, great employee culture, very fast paced

Cons

Upper leadership isn't forward thinking. Demands placed on employees is unrealistic at times. Some management is on board with employee development, others don't care and only think of their own position.

The company offers you a great international experience, good bonus, interesting job, and stability.

Cons

Salaries are not balanced. Working at Audi de Mexico means to spend 2.5hrs on the way to get to work, in total you could lose 12.5hrs a week that means you have less time to spend in your private life. At Audi Mexico, Management is not the best selection inside Audi Group.
