      1. Ingolstadt location is great for weekends but it is not a big city 2. Beurocracy takes up a lot of time at work.

      Work life balance and respectful company culture. The food in the canteens is great.

      Cons

      Collaboration with other brands in VW group can sometimes become political and cumbersome. Very slow decision making processes.
