Pros

13 month AWS and variable bonus 20 days annual leave for start Office closed on eve of CNY, Christmas and NY

Cons

Zero job level progression If there is increment, is even lesser than the country inflation rate. The longer you worked with the company, there is only increase workload plus added duties and responsibilities with no fair monetary exchange or job appreciation.

Pros

For interns & entry level its a great place to work, but don't come here if more than 3+ years into your career - or do if youre ok with being underpaid.. The cars are nice to look at

Cons

Salaries are really poor, no investment in people or social aspects, no progression. You have to buy coffee pods which are sold at a mark up

Pros

- You get to work on some of the most cutting-edge cars in the market. - Due to this, the work is interesting, challenging, and fun - Beginner pay is reasonable (on the surface) - There are worker benefits

Cons

- Flat-rate pay is inconsistent and constantly feels as though you are never compensated properly for the work you perform. - Something is ALWAYS broken down, or, is in the process of breaking, in the shop (bathrooms, alignment machine, tire machine, garage doors etc.) - Management is lackluster: it took them 3 months to even provide me with a uniform. 8 months in and I have to confront people about why my benefits that I enrolled for months ago still haven't applied, or why I still haven't received any PTO. - Not a small amount of special tools are unaccounted for or simply just not provided. Adding even more to the cost technicians already have to pay out of pocket to supply themselves.
