Pros
Not formal working environment. Flexibility. Professionally training projects. Not very stressing in terms of work-life balance.
Cons
Not so efficient in terms of internal organization, such as technological tricks or programs. They've been having losses for years and the actual structure is not forward looking generally talking and about professional perspectives. Too much no sensed loss of time in every aspect of the activities. Almost no benefits: no car benefit, ridiculous meal-bonus benefits..
