      Pros

      Help and encouragement from the directors in all aspects of the job with the ability to learn and maximise new and existing skills. A good team overall who are helpful and and kind.

      Cons

      Unsurprisingly in the current climate there is a lack of social culture and team engagement. I know this is being addressed by all the team and is hard to to get right currently but this could be better.
