      Toxic Leadership in Székesfehérvár: The local security management and the dispatcher service leadership lack professional integrity, relying on a "crony system" and manipulation. Professional dissent is silenced. Localized Operational Risk: Due to the toxic climate at the Székesfehérvár site, the company has lost nearly all of its senior dispatcher expertise. The extreme turnover is a direct result of this specific local management style.
