      Good direction of change, not always supported with good decisions

      Pros

      Some advantages (primes), dynamic place to work, mostly overqualified (so smart) colleagues.

      Cons

      Overgrown managment system with too many levels. Impossible to push even a very good idea to decisive body. Salary's not very competitive.

      Great place to work at. Co workers were amazing. Made a lot of friends there.

      The working environment was very pleasant but the technology at hand was lacking.

      Pros

      They have very good values in my opinion. The human interaction was awlways nice in my opinion. The work was challenging yet manageable. I was given a lot of freedom, even the opportunity to make mistakes, and that enabled me to grow quite a lot I believe.

      Cons

      Computers were far outdated and not efficient, and the training/formation was not incredibly satisfactory.
