An extraordinary place to work, they really care about the happiness of their employees. Personal affairs mean to them.
Cons
It is not completely cons but, maybe their salary budget could increase in a faster pace for the seniors. A lot of good opportunities to juniors and mid-level engineers, but sometimes lack better salaries for senior ones
