Ajuda com todo o processo de mudança caso você não more em Portugal. Oferecem cursos de idiomas (inglês/francês/português). Estão sempre dispostos a ajuda com o que é preciso.

Cons

Salário poderia ser um pouco mais alto. Sendo uma consultoria, existem clientes excelentes e clientes terríveis. Não há muita oportunidade de crescimento.

It has wonderful management that is easy to access. While in Brazil it was a perfect company. He guided me through all the passport, visa and things related to the bureaucracy of moving out of the country.

Cons

After I arrived in Portugal, I failed to provide guidance on how the government's tariff and discounts issue works.

Among the many internal management issues, the biggest one is not being willing to pay decent wages, even when you might take additional work loads when people eventually leave. They claim culture is above everything but when push comes to shove, they'll always prioritize the balance sheet over your well being.
