I have a great manager and he gives me all support. The salary has never delayed. There are a lot of lunch, parties and momentos where We can know new people.

Cons

We don´t have a clear carrear plan. I believe that you have to be lucky with your manager because I have some friends that has terrible manages.

salary contract as freelancer, work as full time payment really low Very slow responding to problems horrible tools for managing your timesheet or uploading the monthly invoices illegal clause of one year or else pay a fine - don't fall for it
