Pros

1) A bunch of parties and celebration 2) good pre-seller (before you work there) 3) the manager are nice

Cons

1) The lawer team responsible for imigration people the main problem of the company ( communication is terrible, no information, no help at all ) 2) HR team are totally no experiency, they take weeks to answer simple questions, I need send a bunch of email, anyone answer 3) There are no process for anything 4) A lot of people are hired (a lot of them from Brazil) and less than one year later these people are living the company

Pros

There is a lot of social events, if you are a social butterfly it may just a good place for you. There is workshops and trainings on the weekends and after work hours. Some online courses will be refunded. There is a free weekly lunch if you are in Lisbon and also there is some discounts or partnerships with other companies like gyms etc. You have to ask around though to find out how to use them.

Cons

your career progress isn't obvious and isn't layed out a progression plan, at least is not done in the first year , from my experience, there is no promise of salary raise and the salary is not competitive. It's not lower but falls around the same as other IT consultant companies.
