Pros
Salary are very attractive especially if you are a bit experienced and have a rather rare profile.
Cons
No hope for any career path (but they will tell you it is feasible at each yearly review). Working atmosphere is terrible (might depend on your team but the one I was entitled to was awful). Everyone acts as if it were team leader (except the one who is paid for that).
